Maximum one entry per person, per Prize Draw.

Rideable Now CIC (Rideable Now) offers an alternative means of entering our Prize Draws. No purchase, payment, donation or membership is necessary to enter or win. The process is described below.

Just like the membership method of entering a Prize Draw, this alternative method requires you to accept our Official Rules and the Draw Specific Rules for the Prize Draw you are entering (Factory Builds Draw and MTB Kit Giveaway Draw), together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

How to enter by post

On a blank sheet of paper or postcard, write or type clearly: Your full legal name Your full residential address (no PO Box addresses accepted) Your postcode Your email address Your telephone number (optional) The name of the Prize Draw you want to enter, exactly as shown on the Promotion Page, including any Draw ID For example, if Rideable Now had a Factory Build running in August, you would write "Factory Builds #04 - August". If Rideable Now had a September MTB Kit Giveaway running, you would write "MTB Kit Giveaway - September". This must be written in very clear handwriting or typeface, otherwise the entry may be deemed invalid.

Where to send it

Post your entry in an envelope, or as a postcard, by first or second class post to: Rideable Now Prize Draws - [insert name of draw] PO Box Rideable Now [Town] [Postcode]

Discount codes

Members receive discount codes from our Brand Partners every month. You do not need to be a member to access them. To request the current discount codes, add the words "Please send discount codes" to your postal entry. We will email the current month's codes to the email address on your entry within 14 days of receiving it. Codes are valid for the period stated by the Brand Partner and cannot be exchanged for cash.

How your entry is treated

A maximum of one entry per person, per Prize Draw, is allowed, regardless of the method of entry. If you have an active membership and also enter by post for the same Prize Draw, only one entry will count. Once processed, your postal entry is entered into the Prize Draw named on it. Postal entries are treated in exactly the same way as membership entries for the purposes of selecting a winner and have an equal chance of winning. If a postal entry wins a prize there is no further purchase, payment or donation necessary to be notified of the win or to receive the prize.

Deadlines

Membership entries close at 23:59:59 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the online entry close date shown on the Promotion Page. Postal entries must be received and processed by 5:00pm (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the postal receipt deadline shown on the Promotion Page. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. If the steps above are not followed as described, a postal entry will be invalid. You will not be notified if your entry is invalid. Questions: support@rideablenow.com

that the Rideable Now Factory Builds competition and MTB Kit Giveaway are not a raffle or lottery but a prize draw. Our prize draws include a method of entry via post. No purchase, payment, donation or membership is necessary to enter, but the intention of the draws is that people join Rideable Now to support adaptive riders and help build the Access Fund.
