Factory Builds Prize Draw - April Epic

Promoter: RideAble Now CIC (“RideAble Now”, “RN”, “we”, “us”)
These Draw Specific Rules apply to the Promotion described below and form part of the RideAble Now Official Rules. If there is any conflict, these Draw Specific Rules take priority for this Promotion.

1) Promotion name and Draw ID

  • Promotion name: RideAble Now Factory Build, EPIC 2026

  • Draw ID:RN-APR-2026-04

2) Eligible Territories

Unless stated otherwise, this Promotion is open only to legal residents of the following Eligible Territories:

  • United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland)

  • Channel Islands and Isle of Man

  • Republic of Ireland

  • European Economic Area (EEA) (EU member states plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway)

  • Switzerland

  • Canada, excluding Québec

  • United States, excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, and excluding all US territories and possessions (including Puerto Rico)

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3) Entry Period (UK time)

  • Opens: 2nd April 2026 12pm

  • Closes: 30th April 2026 12pm

This Promotion can be entered for free via:

  • Free online entry form: www.rideablenow.com/freeentry

  • Postal entry address: RideAble Now Prize Draw Entries, PO Box Rideable Now

Postal receipt deadline: Postal entries must be received by 26th April 2026 12pm.

5) One entry per person

There is a strict limit of one (1) entry per person for this Promotion, regardless of entry route used (Member entry, free online entry, or free postal entry). If more than one entry is received from the same person, only one entry will be treated as valid and the remainder will be void.

6) The Prize (exact featured bike)

  • Prize: The exact bicycle featured in the Factory Build video for this Promotion and described on the Promotion Page (the “Prize Bike”).

  • The winner receives that specific built bike.

Important:

  • No sizing options are offered.

  • No substitutions.

  • No alternative prize.

  • No cash alternative.

Once delivered to the winner’s nominated UK delivery address, the Prize Bike becomes the winner’s property. The winner may use it, sell it, or otherwise deal with it as they choose, subject to applicable law.

7) Winner selection, notification and response time

  • Draw date: 30th April 2026

  • Draw method: Random selection from all valid entries received.

  • Winner response deadline: Winner must respond within 96 hours of notification.

8) Winner verification (and Canada skill question)

We may require proof of identity, age (18+), and residency/address.

Canadian winner requirement: If a potential winner is a resident of Canada, they must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, before they are confirmed as the winner.

9) Delivery and overseas winners

  • Delivery: Prize Bike is delivered to a UK address only provided by the winner.

  • If the winner resides outside the UK, the winner must provide a UK delivery address and is solely responsible for onward shipping, export/import, customs, duties, taxes, insurance, and all costs and risks after UK delivery has been completed.

10) Winner announcement

  • Winner announcement: 2nd May 2026 (RideableNow.com)

  • We may publish the winner’s surname and region unless the winner objects, as set out in the Official Rules.
