DRAW SPECIFIC RULES

Monthly MTB Kit Giveaway - January 2026

Promoter: RideAble Now CIC (“RideAble Now”, “RN”, “we”, “us”)
These Draw Specific Rules apply to the Promotion described below and form part of the RideAble Now Official Rules. If there is any conflict, these Draw Specific Rules take priority for this Promotion.

1) Promotion name and Draw ID

  • Promotion name: RideAble Now Monthly MTB Kit Giveaway, January 2026

  • Draw ID: RN-KIT-2026-01

2) Eligible Territories

Unless stated otherwise, this Promotion is open only to legal residents of the following Eligible Territories:

  • United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland)

  • Channel Islands and Isle of Man

  • Republic of Ireland

  • European Economic Area (EEA) (EU member states plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway)

  • Switzerland

  • Canada, excluding Québec

  • United States, excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, and excluding all US territories and possessions (including Puerto Rico)

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3) Entry Period (UK time)

  • Opens: 12th January 2026 12pm

  • Closes: 26th January 2026 12pm

This Promotion can be entered for free via:

  • Postal entry address: RideAble Now Prize Draw Entries, PO Box Rideable Now

Postal receipt deadline: Postal entries must be received by 26th January 2026.

5) One entry per person

There is a strict limit of one (1) entry per person for this Promotion, regardless of entry route used (Member entry, free online entry, or free postal entry). If more than one entry is received from the same person, only one entry will be treated as valid and the remainder will be void.

6) The Prize

  • Prize: The MTB kit bundle listed on the Promotion Page for this Promotion (the “Prize”).

  • The bundle varies month to month based on what brand partners supply or offer. There is no set or guaranteed value.

  • The winner receives the Prize as listed on the Promotion Page at the time the Entry Period closes.

If a specific item becomes unavailable after the Entry Period closes for reasons outside our control, we may replace that item with a reasonably comparable item. We will not deliberately reduce the overall prize.

7) Winner selection, notification and response time

  • Draw date: 26th January 2026

  • Draw method: Random selection from all valid entries received.

  • Winner response deadline: Winner must respond within 96 hours of notification.

8) Winner verification

We may require proof of identity, age (18+), and residency/address.

9) Delivery and overseas winners

  • Delivery: Prize is delivered to a UK address only provided by the winner.

  • If the winner resides outside the UK, the winner must provide a UK delivery address and is solely responsible for onward shipping, export/import, customs, duties, taxes, insurance, and all costs and risks after UK delivery has been completed.

10) Winner announcement

  • Winner announcement: 27th January 2026 (www.rideablenow.com)

  • We may publish the winner’s surname and region (for example county/state/province) unless the winner objects, as set out in the Official Rules.
