3) Using our website
You must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt our service, or upload harmful content.
Website content is provided for general information, community, and promotional purposes. We may update content at any time.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.
4) Membership
4.1 Subscription and renewal
Membership is a recurring monthly subscription that automatically renews each month until cancelled.
Membership may include benefits such as member discount codes, member-only content, welcome gifts, and entry into Promotions, as described on our website from time to time.
Unless a Promotion Page states otherwise, an active Member receives one (1) entry into each applicable Promotion during the Entry Period.
Membership is not required to enter or win any Promotion. Free Entry Routes are available for Promotions as described in Section 6 and on the Promotion Page.
4.2 Cancelling membership
You can cancel your membership at any time via your account area on our website (or by emailing us if you cannot access your account).
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Unless required by law, we do not provide refunds for partial months.
4.3 Cooling-off period (UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the UK, you typically have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts. If you cancel within the cooling-off period, you may be entitled to a refund subject to legal rules, and subject to any services already provided during that period.
Where membership includes immediate access to digital content or benefits, by joining you agree to us starting supply right away. This can affect cooling-off rights for that digital content to the extent legally permitted.
4.4 Misuse, fraud, and cancellation by us
We may suspend or cancel membership where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, automated entry behaviour, chargeback abuse, or a serious breach of these Terms.
4.5 VAT and Gift Aid
Membership is a subscription with benefits. VAT may apply. Membership is not a Gift Aid donation.
4.6 Access Fund ring-fencing (net membership income)
We ring-fence 100 percent of net membership income for Access Fund grants. “Net membership income” means membership revenue after VAT, payment processing fees, and reasonable direct platform operating costs (for example website hosting, member platform fees, email service costs, and competition administration systems).
5) Promotions, general rules
These rules apply to all Promotions unless the relevant Promotion Page (and any Draw Specific Rules) states otherwise.
5.1 Promotions are run under the Official Rules
Each Promotion is run under:
these Terms, and
the Official Rules, and
the Promotion Page and any Draw Specific Rules.
If there is a conflict, the following order applies (highest priority first):
the Promotion Page / Draw Specific Rules
the Official Rules
these Terms
5.2 No purchase necessary
Where a Promotion includes a paid route (for example automatic entry via membership), you can also enter for free using a Free Entry Route described in Section 6 and on the Promotion Page.
5.3 Eligible Territories
Unless the Promotion Page states otherwise, Promotions are open only to legal residents of the following Eligible Territories:
United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland), Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, EEA (EU member states plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), Switzerland, Canada excluding Québec, and the United States excluding New York, Florida and Rhode Island, and excluding all US territories and possessions (including Puerto Rico).
Promotions are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
5.4 Significant conditions (shown on the Promotion Page)
Each Promotion Page will clearly state, as a minimum:
how to enter (including free entry),
Opening Date and Closing Date (UK time),
draw or selection date,
the nature and number of prizes,
eligibility and restrictions (age, geography, excluded regions),
delivery limits (including any UK-only delivery requirement),
the postal receipt deadline for postal entries.
5.5 Eligibility and entry rules
Unless stated otherwise on a Promotion Page:
Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry. We may request proof of age.
Entries must be made by an individual. Automated entries, bot entries, and bulk entries are not permitted.
We may disqualify entries where we reasonably believe there has been manipulation of the entry process, including attempts to obtain more than the permitted number of entries.
5.6 One entry per person, per Promotion
Unless the Promotion Page states otherwise, there is a strict limit of one (1) entry per person per Promotion, regardless of entry method (membership entry, free online entry, or postal entry).
If we receive more than one entry from the same person for the same Promotion (including by different routes), only one entry will be counted as valid and all additional entries will be void. Where reasonably practicable, we will treat the first valid entry received during the Entry Period as the valid entry.
5.7 Same draw, same odds
We do not distinguish between valid paid and valid free entries. All valid entries go into the same draw pool and have the same odds of winning.
5.8 Winner selection and draw integrity
Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date.
Selection will be carried out either by an independent person (or under independent supervision) or by a verifiably random computer process.
We will keep a reasonable record of the draw and outcome.
5.9 Winner notification and claim window
Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
Unless stated otherwise on the Promotion Page, winners must respond within 96 hours of notification.
If a winner does not respond in time, is not eligible, or cannot accept the prize under the stated conditions, we may select an alternative winner.
5.10 Canada skill-testing question
If a potential winner is a resident of Canada, they must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, before they are confirmed as the winner and awarded the prize. If they fail, they will be disqualified and an alternative winner may be selected.
5.11 Prizes and fulfilment (general)
Prizes are as described on the Promotion Page.
We will not charge a fee to claim a prize.
Any delivery limits, lead times, fulfilment steps, and winner requirements will be stated clearly on the Promotion Page.
5.12 Winner publicity and proof of a valid award
To demonstrate that Promotions are administered fairly, we must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place.
For major prizes, we will ordinarily publish or make available the winner’s surname and county (or equivalent region if outside the UK). Where relevant, we may also make available the winning entry reference.
At or before the time of entry, entrants will be informed of this and given the opportunity to object to publication or to reduce the amount of information published or made available. If you object, we will consider your request, but we may still be required to provide the information to a regulator on request.
6) Alternative entry routes
Free entry information will be displayed clearly on each Promotion Page alongside the membership route.
6.1 Free postal entry
You can enter eligible Promotions for free by post. Plus requesting access to our brand partner discount codes.
Write or type clearly:
full name
full residential address (no PO boxes)
postcode
email address
phone number (optional)
the Promotion name and any Draw ID shown on the Promotion Page
Send to:
PO BoxRideableNow
Postal timing rules:
postal entries must be received by us by the postal receipt deadline shown on the Promotion Page.
We will set Promotion windows and receipt deadlines so there is a realistic opportunity for postal entries to be received and included.

The prize: the winner receives the exact bike featured in the Factory Build video for that Promotion. No sizing options are offered. No substitutions. No alternative prize. No cash alternative.
Ownership: once delivered to the winner’s nominated UK delivery address, the Factory Build becomes the winner’s property. The winner may use it, sell it, or otherwise deal with it as they choose, subject to applicable law.

If a winner resides outside the UK, they must provide a UK delivery address and arrange onward shipping at their own cost and risk (including any export/import requirements, customs, duties, taxes, insurance and shipping costs).
8) Entry logging and audit trail
We may assign each entry a unique reference or ID for administration, audit, and verification. We may maintain an entry log showing, for example, entry route, timestamp, and entrant details.
We may refuse, void, or disqualify entries where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, duplication, or manipulation of the entry process.
9) RideAble Now Access Fund terms
The Access Fund is a grant programme intended to help improve access to adaptive and inclusive mountain biking.
Access Fund application criteria, timing, and selection approach will be described on our website and may change over time.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a grant award.
We may request additional information to assess an application and may decline applications that do not meet criteria or where information provided is incomplete or misleading.
10) Privacy and data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering a Promotion, you agree that we may contact you in connection with the Promotion (including winner notification and verification) in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11) Intellectual property
All content on our website and platforms (including branding, logos, text, video and images) is owned by or licensed to RideAble Now, unless stated otherwise. You must not use our intellectual property without our permission.
12) Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, or for indirect or consequential losses.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example courier disruption, supplier delays, or force majeure).
Where we deliver prizes to a UK address only, we are not responsible for onward shipping arranged by a winner or any third party after delivery has been completed to the UK address.
13) Changes to these Terms and Promotions
We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing an updated version on our website. The version that applies is the version in place at the time you use the website, join membership, enter a Promotion, or apply to the Access Fund.
We may also update Promotion details on a Promotion Page during a live Promotion where required for clarity or operational reasons, provided that changes do not unfairly disadvantage entrants or invalidate entries already properly submitted.
14) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
